Support Groups & Workshops
What are Therapy Support Groups?
Our groups and workshops are the ultimate therapeutic VILLAGE experience. Healing with others has proven to be effective time and time again by bringing together people with similar experiences. Support groups are a great way to learn more about yourself while building a community. The format of our support groups bridge the gap between emotional and clinical needs since they are led by Licensed Therapists able to guide you through processing your feelings and provide psychological educational resources.
Participating in a group awards the opportunity to surround yourself with people who likely have a common goal and understand your experience based on their own shared experience. If you feel that you've tried everything possible to create change in your life but doing it alone repeatedly feels lonely, consider some of the benefits below.
Benefits of Group Support
- Improve skills to cope with challenges
- Building communication skills by talking openly about your feelings
- Increase and instill hope and motivation
- Decrease distress, anxiety, and sadness
- Increase understanding about behaviors and thoughts creating barriers to your goals
- Gaining practical take-home tools to implement into your daily routine
- Learning about wellness and community social resources
Group Fee
Our therapy groups are $80 per group per person. Participants can purchase sessions upfront to receive 10% off the entire package. The group fee includes any:
- books
- materials
- manuals
- worksheets
- handouts
that come with the group's curriculum so there are no surprise fees once you've completed your group. Each group runs for a specific amount of weeks which can be found in each group description below. To maintain group cohesiveness, in-person and virtual groups have a maximum capacity so space is limited.

What we are taught about our bodies is often stained by social constructs telling us what not to do, but lacking the teaching of what to do. Communicating our physical needs to others is enhanced when we aren't afraid to explore deeper within ourselves. This weekly group provides tools to increase self confidence through the understanding of positive self touch.
